Description

NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is inviting interested providers to apply to be part of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Vasectomy Services for the population of Leeds. To provide a community vasectomy service for patients registered with a GP Practice. The service will deliver an innovative, high quality, efficient service closer to patients' home. The service will: -Offer patients a choice of locations and appointment times, ensuring equitable timely and appropriate access; -Ensure that patients are seen and treated in a safe environment, most appropriate to their care needs; -Provide best value for money, delivering effective and sustainable use of resources.
