Legal Justification
The equipment being provided by the supplier is the only system which is compatible and can be integrated with an existing instrument in operation at STFC, this is down to the software which can be used by both systems. Therefore this reason supports the justification that competition is absent for technical reasons - Regulation 32 (b) ii
