Real Consulting have provided PM/EA support for the previous phases of concrete repairs following competitive tendering, the last award being made in 2017 for a four year duration. During COVID Real supported the preparation of futures years works that were restricted due to finances and continued to support during 2022 in preparing programmes and budgets for future phases. A single action tender was undertaken.
