Stonewater is to re-procure its Repairs and Maintenance Services in the North North Region of the UK (North West & North East). We currently manage approximately 1600 properties in this area and the new contract will commence on 1 June 2024 with a 6-8 month mobilisation period.

We will use this opportunity to build and shape the new requirement in the best possible way to form a successful long term contract.
