Legal Justification

Short extension put in place to cover any ad hoc requirements whilst a new procurement is undertaken to fulfil the requirements as per the services described in accordance with UCR2016. An EOI process has been carried out via Achilles UVDB and the procurement process will continue until the award of Frameworks to replace that which is currently being extended. The procurement process will conclude during 2023.
