Legal Justification
This is an extension to the NHS Ayrshire & Arran Contract AA-03-22-DA which is a call off from RM1063 Postal Goods and Services. This is required to meet the additional demands of NHS Ayrshire & Arran to maintain the necessary service and remove unnecessary disruption at this time in line with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
