This is the award process for 8 lots of different support and refuge services for women, young people and children who have experienced domestic abuse.

Lot Division

1 Refuge Accommodation with Support for Women

Provide temporary refuge accommodation for women and their children who have experienced gender based abuse, including domestic abuse. Additional information: The maximum estimated contract value per annum is 274133 GBP. The maximum contract term with extensions is 10 years. 2 Refuge Accommodation with Support for Women from BAME communities

Provide temporary refuge accommodation for women and their children who have experienced gender based abuse, including domestic abuse for women from BAME communications. Additional information: The estimated maximum annual contract value is 53058 GBP. The maximum contract term with extensions is 10 years. 3 Refuge Accommodation with 24-hour Support on Site

Provide temporary refuge accommodation for women and their children who have experienced gender based abuse, including domestic abuse. In addition, provide specialist domestic abuse Support and Advocacy service, which assists them to strive towards an independent life free from abuse. Additional information: The maximum annual contract value is estimated to be 282976 GBP. The maximum contract term will be 10 years including extensions. 4 Support & Advocacy for Women

The primary aims of this service are to provide specialist domestic abuse support and advocacy, which assists women to strive towards an independent life free from abuse. The Service Provider will provide support and advocacy for women who a - Are over 16 years of age, b - Have experienced any form of gender based abuse, including domestic abuse, c - Are still in abusive situations or no longer have contact with their perpetrator(s) of abuse. Additional information: The maximum estimated annual contract value is 219252 GBP

5 Support & Advocacy for Women with Complex Needs

This service will be available to any woman with complex needs who is referred for, or seeks, this support and meets the eligibility criteria. ** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** It is a mandatory requirement of this Contract/Framework Agreement that a prompt payment clause is present in all Contracts used in the delivery of the requirements. This ensures payment of sub-contractors at all stages of the supply chain within 30 days and includes an obligation to provide a point of contact for sub-contractors to refer to in the case of payment difficulties.
