| 1 | Refuge Accommodation with Support for Women Provide temporary refuge accommodation for women and their children who have experienced gender based abuse, including domestic abuse. Additional information: The maximum estimated contract value per annum is 274133 GBP. The maximum contract term with extensions is 10 years. | 2 | Refuge Accommodation with Support for Women from BAME communities Provide temporary refuge accommodation for women and their children who have experienced gender based abuse, including domestic abuse for women from BAME communications. The Service Provider will provide support and advocacy for women who a - Are over 16 years of age, b - Have experienced any form of gender based abuse, including domestic abuse, c - Are still in abusive situations or no longer have contact with their perpetrator(s) of abuse. ** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** It is a mandatory requirement of this Contract/Framework Agreement that a prompt payment clause is present in all Contracts used in the delivery of the requirements. This ensures payment of sub-contractors at all stages of the supply chain within 30 days and includes an obligation to provide a point of contact for sub-contractors to refer to in the case of payment difficulties.
