The primary role of the contractor is to provide a high profile, high quality education, compliance and enforcement regime tackling Environmental Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour issues throughout Pembrokeshire County Council. The essential focus of the initiative is to change public behaviour towards Environmental Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour inclusive of all legislation listed and assist the Council in the prevention and reduction of Environmental Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour specifically within Environmental services.
