Community measures to reduce the cost of living, including through measures to improve energy efficiency, and combat fuel poverty and climate change. • The successful Supplier is required to deliver a programme of support to help residents, primarily in Torbay's most deprived areas, to improve their energy efficiency. • The outputs and outcomes delivered through the project must be achieved by 31 March 2025. • 200 households supported to take energy efficiency measures • 450 people reached 5% increased take up of energy efficiency measures
