Other Information

To be provided with access to the procurement documents, please email ukad@ukad.org.uk including the subject heading 'IT Procurement'. UKAD wishes to appoint a provider to provide a managed IT service to encompass the following services: - on-site support at UKAD's head office at Fleetbank House, London, - remote support, - issue management and resolution, - issue ticketing solution, - IT strategy and guidance support, - website hosting, - device monitoring, - VPN, - server and desktop patch management. The above list is not exhaustive and UKAD reserves the right to utilise the appointed provider to cover other aspects of managing its IT estate (including software) or assisting UKAD to incorporate new hardware/software as may be required. Further details concerning the anticipated and potential scope for this contract are provided in the specification which is available via the UKAD portal (access to which can be provided by emailing ukad@ukad.org.uk and including the subject heading 'IT Procurement'). It is envisaged that the initial contract term will be for a duration of 3 years, however, UKAD wishes to reserve the right to extend the contract for a further 3 years, divided into renewal periods of 12 months each (i.e. 3 + 1 + 1 + 1). UKAD will need to vacate its current premises at Fleetbank House within the next 12 months to 2 years and is currently viewing a number of potential locations in both London and Loughborough.
