The prisons require an in-cell learning solution which will support vulnerable prisoners and encourage reluctant learners to engage with work which will upskill them to reach their potential and access employment opportunities or further learning upon release from custody. The solution should include adapted resources / content for speakers of other languages and for those with learning difficulties This in-cell solution could be used to provide additional purposeful activities in the core day, lockdowns/shutdowns, evenings, and weekends. Way2Learn is an in-cell learning solution which is in addition to and compliments prison education offers. Way2Learn is an in-cell learning TV Channel offering 'virtual' sessions accessible by prisoners which are motivational and engaging and aim to inspire prisoners to learn and make progress. Learners enrolled will watch the TV Series, complete workbooks, and tutorials with support when and if required.
