The service is to be delivered in line with the principles set out in the Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8 (parts 1 & 2), and in accordance with the Safety at Street Works and Road Works – A Code of Practice. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
