Description

This procurement exercise was conducted using the G-Cloud 13 framework, to appoint a provider that would be able to offer the University a Cloud based Managed IP Telephony services solution. The solutions integrates with Microsoft Teams, offering flexibility in design and scale that would allow the University to meets its changing requirements and that could be adapted, and scaled, to also facilitate its clearing requirements each year. The service solution offers a global PSTN (public switched telephone network) access via a voice for Microsoft Teams integration. This will Increase productivity and offer a full communications solution, including telephony, voicemail, video calls, conference calls, data sharing, online meetings, call recording, customer analytics, internet fax etc. The call plans, per user per month, can be adapted and offer UK local, national and mobile numbers, which can be flexible to the University's design and need.
