Description

We are looking for a supplier to support the British Council to meet the following desired state: A global framework to assess British Council current data plans, then diving deep into a quality assessment of the most important data sources (select minimum 1 from the British Council business units like English, Exams, Customer, Digital and Technology). The purpose of this exercise is: - Definition of what good looks like for the most important data sources with a glossary which includes quality metrics and dimension. This will be agreed with business stakeholders - Practical assessment of data quality of the most relevant fields in the most important data sources. This will be presented in a visual and actionable manner - Based on the previous point, create an initial data governance framework and establishing a proof-of-concept project to implement it, iterating along the way. This will be the foundation for British Council further projects in the matter - Reflects 'one British Council' and supports our organisational culture and brand. - Reduces risk from inaccurate, poor-quality data and presents a single source of truth for policies and info
