Description
Early Help is the term used to describe arrangements and services that respond to the needs of children, young people and their families as soon as problems start to emerge at any point in their lives, or when there is a strong likelihood that problems will emerge in the future. 2.1. The Service will provide ‘hands on support’ to families who already have an identified Lead Practitioner. The Family Aide Workers (FAW) will complete targeted pieces of work, within a 12-week period, that are detailed within an existing Bradford Early Help plan following the completion of a Bradford Early Help Assessment by a Lead practitioner
