Legal Justification
No other providers who are able to provide both the managed service and range of reviews that we need to maximise council tax income to the Council. A full procurement exercise would not result in another provider being identified who would be able to match the service provided by Datatank, it would also jeopardise the potential of generating and successful collection of additional council tax income within the current 2022-23 financial year.
