Description

NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) have awarded a contract to provide quality improvement (QI) programme consultancy services. Outline work package includes: • Facilitation and delivery of teaching and learning events to support provider collaboratives to deliver QI activity and outcomes, with a health inequalities focus, at scale and pace. • Support provider collaboratives in building their capability for change through utilising shared approaches to improvement. • Support board-level peer support through the development of a peer-learning network that will encourage shared learning across provider collaboratives. • Identify and share key learnings with system partners, including at an ICS level. • Generate and share board-level actionable insights on how to lead improvement across organisational boundaries with provider collaboratives. • Share regular insights with NHS England on what opportunities there are nationally and regionally to support capacity for systematic improvement approaches. • Lay the foundations for the programme to continue its work beyond the 15-month pilot.
