Description
We are seeking a suitable supplier to provide a Benefits Platform solution which can accommodate hosting a variety of employee benefits.
Total Quantity or Scope
Our current platform uses two different solutions for our benefits; Flexible benefits (such as pensions and private medical insurance) and Employee discounts and recognition awards. We require a suitable platform that hosts a single solution as a ‘one stop shop’ to provide our employees with a streamlined service which is easy to navigate and reduces administrative workload. The platform is required to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and will be accessed via Orbit’s intranet site. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
Renewal Options
There is an option to extend the contract for a further 24 months.
