Description
The Education Authority wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the Supply and Delivery of Commercial Heavy and Light Catering Equipment as required by the EA's Catering Service and the participating bodies named. This DPS will consist of ; Lot 1 Cooking Equipment, Lot 2 Refrigeration Equipment, Lot 3 Food Preparation Equipment, Lot 4 Ware Washing Equipment, Lot 5 Service Counters and Food Display Equipment, Lot 6 Tableware, Lot 7 Front of House Equipment, Lot 8 Back of House Equipment, Lot 9 Food Transport. As this is a new sourcing model for equipment and is intended to incorporate all future equipment tenders the EA wish to carry out pre-market engagement with interested suppliers to inform the market about the process and how to apply to join the DPS and compete for the further competitions therewith.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for the Supply and Delivery of Heavy and Light Commercial Catering Equipment for the EA Catering Service and other participating bodies named. It is the intention of the EA to host an information session via MS Teams for all interested suppliers on Thursday 04 May 2023 @ 11am. Should you wish to participate you must email catering.procure@eani.org.uk with the subject CAT-23-001 DPS Supplier Event no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 02 May 2023. Your email should contain the names of the representative wishing to attend, the name of your organisation, and a brief summary of the types of products you supply. Suppliers will be informed of final arrangements prior to the meeting. Please note the date is subject to change and we reserve the right to arrange alternative engagement meetings with suppliers if required. All future tender documentation will made available via the http://etendersni.gov.uk website and potential tenderers should register on this website to ensure they have access to the documentation when the tender opportunity is published.
