De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works: Refurbishment and Alterations to create additional teaching space at the Queens Building and Gateway House, De Montfort University Location : Queens Building and Gateway House, Leicester The works consist of the alterations to various spaces within the Queens Building and Gateway House to create/refurbish teaching/classroom spaces. Phase 1 within the Queens Building - The works areas consist of the full refurbishment of the following areas: o Queens Building - Ground Floor - 0.28a / 0.38a o Queens Building - First Floor - 1.25 / 1.31 / 1.32 / 1.32d / 1.33 / inc 1st corridor o Queens Building - Second Floor - New Comms Room o Gateway House - Fourth Floor Enabling / Re-modelling works.
