DHSC Intranet Hosting & Technical Support - GCloud12 Call-Off Contract with DXW. Update 27 March 2023: The potential cost of the total lifetime of the contract has now been updated to £227,622 and the scope of this contract will now include additional deliverables; specifically: - a user profiling workshop with external content design support - a round of user research to profile and understand the needs of DHSC staff within their HR intranet use - running content workshops with HR and Digital teams to look at content auditing, best practice in terms of attachments/downloads and broader content strategy; the exact number to be determined once the user profile work has been completed - implementation of changes designed using the user research sessions alongside production of any new intranet pages, move content around, adjust structure, taxonomies & website structure
