Description

Network Rail (NR) is seeking a provider to deliver behavioural safety training to tier one suppliers and NR employees in order to deliver against Network Rails commitment to reducing the risk to health and safety on the railway. Behavioural safety training is an effective cultural training tool with proven benefits to achieve against this commitment. A core requirement is that NR retains or shares Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the end-product with the appointed provider.

Total Quantity or Scope

The scope of the services to be procured include • Draft script for review and comment incorporating NR brief • Revised script for review and comment as required to achieve a final draft script for approval for pilot sessions • Deliver 4no pilot sessions for 30 people including all props and ancillaries required to deliver the training • SLT sign off following final review • Live training sessions 2 consecutive days per week, total max 100 sessions • Provision of training facilitators as required • Provision of props and scene dressing to facilitate training • Provision of all performing and acting staff required to deliver training • Allowance for periodic updates and changes to training based on feedback. • NWR will provide a venue
