Description

The London Borough of Harrow and the London Borough of Barnet, are seeking to put in place a joint Framework Agreement in order to appoint one or more service provider(s) to deliver services on their behalf. The Framework Agreement is to cover the provision of Print and Postage Services for Electoral Services (Elections and Electoral Registration).

Total Quantity or Scope

The Framework aim is to meet the specific print and postage needs of any elections that are held within the contract period including; Poll Cards, Postal Voter Packs, Ballot Papers and Election Count Stationery. It is also envisaged to include Statutory Registration, Annual Canvass, Household Notification Letters (HNL) including the provision of Electoral registration (print and postage), Annual canvas (print and postage), Absent Voter Identifier Refresher (print and postage) and Individual Electoral Registration (IER). The framework will allow Innovation, New Ways of Working and Ad Hoc Activity to meet the requirements of the Electoral Registration Services for The London Borough of Harrow and the London Borough of Barnet.

Renewal Options

This will be an initial 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further one years at the discretion of the Council.
