Description

Ofgem launched a webform, which will enable consumers to share their experience of having a PPM installed. Ofgem recognise that a webform on its own may mean that some consumers are unable to share their experience, and these may be the very consumers with vulnerability issues that Ofgem want to hear from. Ofgem therefore recognises the value in setting up a phone line to run alongside the webform, to support consumers in completing the webform, who would otherwise be digitally excluded.
