Description
The services required are aimed at young people aged 16 and above, with housing related support needs. They may be homeless or threatened with homelessness and have a wide range of support needs. The scope of the provision may be subject to change over the life of the contract; additional bed spaces may be required and/ or there may be a change in the distribution of beds across the categories of support. Any changes to the scope will be undertaken in accordance with changes to the level of requirement for these services in Somerset.
