Description
SAP Northern Hub Collaboration - Transitional Services relating to the Dissolution Agreement. Following the dissolution of the SAP Northern Hub Collaboration, Salford City Council will continue to provide licensing, hosting and support services to LCC on a transitional basis up until April 2026 with the option to extend by a further 12 months if required.

Legal Justification
The SAP Northern Hub Collaboration Agreement between Liverpool City Council (LCC) and Salford City Council (SCC) has been dissolved, however SCC need to continue to host LCC's SAP system and provide technical support services for an additional transitional period of 3 years (with the option to extend for a further 12 months) to allow LCC to undertake a procurement process for a replacement system and for the subsequent implementation.
