The delivery of Neighbourhood Services comprising communal cleaning, grounds maintenance and pest control services to properties owned and managed by Housing for Women.

The Neighbourhood Services required by Housing for Women include: - Estate and communal cleaning services - Grounds maintenance services - Pest control services

Renewal Options

The Contract will be subject to annual reviews and run for a period of 5 years with the option for renewal, as decided by Housing for Women, by extension of up to a further five years in five one year extension periods. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore ten years.
