The Housing Executive invites tenders from surveyors that are listed on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Valuers Registration List for the valuation of the Housing Executive’s Land Holdings for the Year-End Financial Accounts. Additional information: Due to the nature of the required Service, it is neither practical nor desirable to divide the proposed contract into lots.

Renewal Options

The Housing Executive may, no later than two Months prior to the Initial Contract Period Expiry Date, give notice in writing to the Contractor to invite the Contractor to agree to extend the Contract for any period(s) up to and including 24 months (potential 5 year contract in total).
