The Council is seeking a fee bid/proposal for a CIPFA and RICS "Red Book" compliant asset valuation of 10 investment properties. The fee bid/proposal is to be on the basis of carrying out the annual asset valuation of 10 investment properties for the next three years on a fixed fee basis, to be done by one contractor.
