Catering for STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of catering services to STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway Swindon A single catering partner with a proven track record is required to operate and deliver high quality food and beverage services its three core business segments at STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway Swindon 1 Corporate Hospitality and Bar Service 2 Special Events 3 Cafe Current estimated turnover non exclusive STEAM catering is 280000 per annum potential growth up to 600000 per annum is demand led through the museum bookings The initial contract term will be for 60 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months 2 periods of 12 months for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents Estimated contract spend is between 2000000 and 2200000 across the initial 5 year contract term and between 3000000 and 3400000 across the potential total 7 year contract term Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents
