Description

The scope of this Framework Agreement is to procure Support and Advisory Services across Human Resources, Organisational Development and Learning and Business Management. The main objective of the Framework is to provide a professional resource which can be flexibly deployed across the full remit of services provided by EA’s HR and Corporate Services Directorate. The Framework will be used to provide extra capacity to enable the Directorate to fulfil its normal business functions, respond to customer needs and flexibly deal with peaks in workload. They may also be used to provide specialist skills and experience for larger one-off projects as and when require. There are 11 Lots in this framework and tenderers can submit bids for one or more Lots.

This framework is let by the Northern Ireland Education Authority (“EA”) and is open to the EA, including NI educational bodies. as follows and at some point during the life of the Framework these bodies may wish to utilise the agreement and should have access,. at any point, with the permission of EA. This agreement is not intended to replace any current agreements that participating or non participating institutions may already have in place. Should any of these bodies opt to use the framework, they must be able to avail of. the services on the same terms as EA. The Contractor will be required to agree the detailed arrangements with any such participants. and set up and maintain separate accounts for each. Primary and Post Primary. schools under the control of the EA, Catholic Maintained Schools, Independent Schools in NI, Irish Medium Schools in NI, both Controlled. and, Voluntary Grammar Schools, Nursery School for NI (both controlled and Catholic Maintained), school meals kitchens on-site at all. of these schools, and Controlled Youth Centres. Further Education. Colleges in NI. Grant Controlled Integrated Education Schools in NI.. Independent School in NI. Libraries NI: . EA Teachers’ and Educational. Centres. Council for the Curriculum, Examination and Assessment NI (CCEA) . Armagh Observatory and Planetarium. Middletown Centre. for Autism. Controlled Schools Support Council (CSSC). Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education (NICIE).
