Legal Justification
Maintenance contract of regulated and existing enforcement equipment as per Home Office Type Approval rules. This maintenance contract for Safety Camera Units will manage the residual life of these ageing installations in the most appropriate way to ensure longevity and their continuing impact on casualty reduction goals. This equipment can only be maintained by regulated and approved suppliers and in this case, as the supplier, Redspeed must maintain this equipment, therefore competition is not appropriate.
