Description
Perth & Kinross Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint an organisation with the relevant experience, knowledge, and expertise to provide a specialised social care and housing support service to five individuals living in their own tenancies. The individuals will have varying levels of need related to their presenting condition/conditions and their severity, whether it be a Learning Disability, Autism Spectrum Condition or Mental Health Issue. It is not uncommon for other comorbidities to be present such as ADHD, Self-Harm, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Epilepsy, Sensory Processing Disorder etc... In order therefore to access and have a presence within their community, in an inclusive way, those living in Bertha Park will require support that is cognisant of the complexity of need that these conditions and individuals bring with them.
