The Framework Agreements will be for a period of Four (4) years with an option to extend for a further Two (2) years. Contracting is to be confirmed.

Total Quantity or Scope

** This Notice is in relation to the upcoming Supplier Engagement Event taking place ahead of the Procurement of New Frameworks for Design Services within the Gatwick Construction Directorate. ** London Gatwick Airport Limited operates the busiest single runway airport in the world, the second largest airport in the UK and the tenth busiest international airport globally. The scope of airport operations is broad, covering all aspects of airfield, terminal, passenger, and baggage management, as well as administering the property and retail business. As such, the airport collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including but not limited to airlines, the UK Civil Aviation Authority, retailers, public advisory groups, and public transport operators, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. The New Design Framework Agreement will seek interest from suppliers from across multiple Design fields including Multi – Disciplinary Design Services, Fire Engineering, Architectural Services, Airfield Design, Baggage Services, Integration Services. GAL wishes to undertake early market engagement with the supply chain to shape the procurement and raise awareness of the upcoming competition. GAL is seeking to engage with suppliers from across the market, typically involved in the design of construction projects in the Aviation sector, although this is not a pre-requisite at this time Aviation experience would be preferred. Following registration confirmation and details of the event with a link to attend will be shared via e-mail. Please ensure you have submitted your registration no later than Friday 30th June 2023. Additional information: The Supplier Event will take place online via MS Teams Live on: Wednesday 12th July 2023 from 11.30am. A link to the event will be issued via email following registration.
