Total Quantity or Scope
This is a one year extension to a contract for the provision of a taxi service with the ability to book and dispatch vehicles as requested. The total value of this contract has not changed from the original contract value and reflects the maximum potential value of all bookings (with no commitment on spend). This extension was agreed as part of the initial contract. The original contract ran from 2 July 2020 - 1 July 2023 and this one year extension amends the contract end date to 1 July 2024.
