Description

This is an Award Notice for the Provision of an Income Management System. Civica have provided an income management system that is used by Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) since 2016. This contract has been held by HCC's provider of a Shared Managed Service (SMS). The SMS contract ended on 31st March 2023, and as such the Council needed to maintain this income management system for the reasons stated in IV.1.1.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Income Management System integrates with 15 third party software applications for the payment of services across the organisation. This enables the service departments to use software that provides the business with their requirements together with a payment solution that adheres to payment card industry data security standards; thus providing PCI compliance and protecting the organisation and its customers against fraud.
