Renewal Options
The initial period of the Framework Contract is 24 months from the commencement date with an option to extend for up to a further two 12 month periods subject to satisfactory operation and performance. Any period of extension will be at the sole discretion of Scotland Excel Duration is 48 months if all options are exercised as stated above
