Transport for London was created in 2000 as the integrated body responsible for London's transport system. From time to time it is necessary for TfL to make planned closures to stations for necessary engineering works and/or improvements. When such closures take place TfL require temporary workers to assist customers carrying out their journeys. TfL are now tendering for this requirement as a service.

To be able to participate in the tender, suppliers must be registered on TfL's SAP Ariba system Please complete the following steps: 1. Register interest for the tender by contacting the Procurement Lead alexandraebertbrading@tfl.gov.uk 2. Then register by completing the Supplier self-registration request form here: https://s1-eu.ariba.com/Sourcing/Main/aw?awh=r&awssk=RtCTWllZKgIJn3_i&re... 3. Upon competition of the registration, interested suppliers must inform the Procurement Lead (of their successful registration) to alexandraebertbrading@tfl.gov.uk to ensure that your Organisation is added to the Sourcing Event on TfL's SAP Ariba system. Please note, even if your Organisation is already registered on TfL 's SAP Ariba system you must inform the Procurement Lead alexandraebertbrading@tfl.gov.uk so that your Organisation can be added to the Sourcing Event.
