** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Regrettably, the procurement process has been abandoned as per paragraph 11.1 of the Instructions to Bidders document issued as part of the tender documentation, and this will be reissued shortly on ProContract as a new project. The reason for abandoning this procurement is the Council identified fundamental flaws in the specification of this service that ultimately impacted the pricing of the Service.
