HEE are looking for a supplier to deliver this programme on behalf of HEE and welcome evidence of partnership working in order to maximise the impact for those taking up the programmes.HEE wishes to deliver the Mary Seacole Leadership Programme in a way that recognises the values of Mary Seacole through a leadership development offer aimed at nurses and midwives working in publicly funded services in Band 7 and above roles. We are seeking a provider who will deliver this programme which will include: • Promotion of the programme and the profile of the work of those on the programme• Undertake an open and transparent recruitment and selection process with a focus on ensuring diversity among those on the programme.• Ensure that quality improvement projects focus on reducing heath inequalities and improve outcomes within our BAME communities. • Celebrate the life and work of Mary Seacole and through the scholars ensure her values continue.
