Total Quantity or Scope

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of planning consultancy services to manage the preparation and submission of all planning and listed building applications for the Barbican Renewal project. The full description of the scope of services to be provided under the contract is set out in the Planning Consultant Brief.

Renewal Options

The duration of the contract is 17 months, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract for a further 5 years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 77 months. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 17 months, with further stages being provided under the contract subject to performance and further funding of the Barbican Renewal Programme

Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free. The estimated value given at II.2.6) is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated contract value for the initial 17 month contract is 70,000GBP per annum
