Description

Transport for London conducted this procurement on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA). The GLA, on behalf of the Greater London Returning Officer (GLRO), require a service provider for the Design, print, distribution and project management of approx 18 million ballot papers for the Mayor of London and London Assembly elections, which will be held on the 2 May 2024. There are three contests across the elections: The Mayor of London, the Constituency London Assembly, and the London-wide Assembly. There will be three ballot papers to reflect the three elections.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Greater London Returning Officer (GLRO) is responsible for the Mayor of London and London Assembly elections, which will be held on the 2 May 2024. … The supplier will be responsible for the design, print and delivery of approximately 18 million ballot papers ahead of polling day so that every eligible registered voter has the opportunity to vote. This is a statutory requirement.
