A framework for the supply of sports equipment including Football, Badminton, Netball, Rugby, Hockey, Basketball, Table Tennis, Dodgeball, Handball, Volleyball, Kinball, Goalball, Tchoukball, Cricket, Tennis, Squash, Lacrosse, Curling, Softball, Rounders, Nets, Posts and others for delivery to the ESPO distribution centre, Leicester and for delivery direct to end user establishments. Lot 1 - Football Lot 2 - Basketball Lot 3 - Netball Lot 4 - Rugby Lot 5 - Handball/Dodgeball/Volleyball/Goalball/Kinball/Boccia/Tchoukball Lot 6 - Badminton & Squash Lot 7 - Tennis & Mini Tennis Lot 8 - Cricket Lot 9 - Rounders & Softball Lot 10 - Hockey, Lacrosse & Curling Lot 11 - Table Tennis & Table Sport Lot 12 - Posts & Goal Lot 13 - Miscellaneous Items, Storage, Trolleys, Drinking bottles & Carriers The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 23 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. The minimum financial requirement for the purposes of the current tender exercise is stated in the procurement documents. This framework will operate on-going contract monitoring procedures following award, to ensure financial stability requirements are maintained. Credit rating checks will be carried out on a regular basis, using the credit rating agency, Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited. Any changes will be assessed (compared with a baseline credit rating score obtained at contract award stage) and significant changes or sustained degradation will be investigated.
