Description
Building Services require a framework of sub-contractors to support the operations team in completing void housing garden works to ensure works are completed to appointment/target dates. North Ayrshire Council Housing Services require the provision of Gardening Services, at approximately 190 council properties across mainland North Ayrshire.

1 | Void Garden Works North Ayrshire Council Building Services require the Provision of Gardening works, as summarised below, at Void Council properties across North Ayrshire. Properties require 1 visit and the works shall include but not be limited to initial grass cuts, strimming borders, cutting hedges, trim/pruning of flower bed areas, removal of all rubbish, debris (including dog fouling’s, where not excessive). The target timescale of these works is 10 working days from NAC processing the purchase order to contractor completion. |

The works shall include, but not be limited to, initial grass cuts, strimming borders, applying weed killer, and removal of all rubbish, debris, and arisings. |
