Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Frameworks and DPS agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. EEM is conducting this tender exercise to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) consisting of consultants to carry out construction, refurbishment, repairs and maintenance related multidisciplinary consultancy services; covering a wide range of specialisms to support our membership. Consultants can select single, multiple or all consultancy categories when completing their DPS application and will need to consider the services they can offer when completing their DPS application.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** EEM Ltd have changed portal provider and have moved our Consultancy Services DPS from the existing Geometra Systems portal to our new Delta eSourcing portal https://www.delta-esourcing.com/. Approved Consultants on our DPS will be transferred over to Delta and can access the DPS to confirm they want to remain on it using Delta access code: 74R4JMEW62 and selecting to remain on the DPS. Consultants who are not on our DPS but are interested in applying can submit an application to join by completing the DPS Application Questionnaire that you can access on the Delta portal using access code: 66FM975NJ2. All other details regarding this DPS remain as previously advertised under the original contract notice and previous corrigendum notices.
