Total Quantity or Scope

Adra is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced of a service provider who is capable of providing Cleaning and Window Cleaning services to our offices, sheltered housing and communal areas across north Wales, as contained within the suite of documents.

Renewal Options

The duration of the Agreement will initially be for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend the Agreement at Adra’s sole discretion for up to three (3) further periods of up to twelve (12) months.
