Description

Tenders were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees from Contractors with the relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the supply and installation of pitched and flat roofing to commercial buildings such as schools and offices (the 'Works') under a proposed Framework Agreement. This procurement was originally conducted and concluded via www.YORtender.co.uk hosted by Due North/Proactis. This has since been replaced by https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER hosted by EU-Supply.com therefore the required corrections to the original award notice cannot be directly made by the Authority. This notice replaces the original Award notice on this system.

Awarded Suppliers - One Supplier initially awarded a position on the Framework unfortunately went into liquidation shortly after the initial award notification was issued. The next ranked Supplier was subsequently offered the remaining position on the Framework and accepted; therefore the original notice is erroneous and this notice accurately reflects the awarded framework.
