Description
Awarded using ESPO Strategic HR Services Framework Agreement (reference 3S-22, Lot 1 - Lot 1a Admin, HR & Business Support. The Talent and OD (organisational development) team consist of a Learning and Development (L&D) partner, three Talent (recruitment) partners and two Recruitment & Onboarding advisers. This role will support the team in an administration capacity. Requirement: As Business Support the successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the Talent & OD team with administrative support. They will perform a range of support service tasks and will have opportunities to develop their skills. They will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision and oversight from colleagues. They will also be able to communicate and engage with a range of stakeholders. Key deliverables: As Business Support the successful candidate will promote a positive attitude and their main tasks will include: • Organising L&D events (i.e. liaison with suppliers, and adding to the events calendar etc) • Responding to queries from the email inboxes • Scheduling meetings (i.e. booking and setting up rooms) • Supporting recruitment (i.e. organising sifts and interviews, updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS)) • Supporting with pre-onboarding tasks (requesting references and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for example) • Help maintain accurate records and maintain electronic filing system • Processing purchase orders and invoices for the team
