Specialist consulting services to complete the following work ahead of the start of the 24/25 financial year: - Interviews with current and potential members Corporate Members to access current membership packages. - Compilation of feedback from interviews and competitor analysis and recommendation for new Corporate Membership package to address findings - Creation of sponsorship proposals for agreed assets including internal scoping and analysis - Creation of pipeline for c 40 corporate prospects and initial outreach/cultivation of that pipeline
