Legal Justification

The current contract with Swan Surgery expires on 31st March 2024, and to be able to run a robust procurement process with sufficient time for mobilisation, and to ensure continuity of patient care, the current contract is to be extended by 6 months until 30th September 2024. Swan Surgery (the incumbent provider) is a PMS Practice. Prospective bidders are encouraged to keep watch on the usual public procurement sites for future notices in respect to the future procurement, which the commissioners are expecting to be able to publish in the near future.
